Richard John Wiley, 78, of Lakeland, passed away on January 30, 2021, at Lakeland Regional Medical Center in Lakeland, Florida. He was born June 15, 1942 in Hartford, Connecticut.

He is survived by his wife, Patty Brugger-Wiley, his step- daughter Zoe Kader and step grandsons Blair and Benjamin.
