ISLAMABAD: The Prime Minister of Thailand, Yingluck Shinawatra would be arriving here tomorrow on a two day visit on the invitation of Prime Minister Nawaz Sharif.
This would be the first bilateral visit from Thailand in more than a decade.
The Thai Prime Minister would be accompanied by a high-level delegation consisting of cabinet members, high officials, businessmen and other dignitaries.
During her visit she will meet her counterpart and also call on President Asif Ali Zardari.
The objective of the visit is to enhance trade and investment, besides seeking to strengthen bilateral ties. The Pakistan-Thailand Joint Trade Committee will hold its inaugural session during the visit the next day.
