It’s a battle between ‘Noon’ And ‘Junoon’: Imran


NEW MURREE: Pakistan Tehreek Insaf PTI Chief Imran Khan has predicted battle between, what he called ‘Noon’ (PML N) and ‘Junoon’ (Passion) in the upcoming elections.

Addressing a public gathering here on Monday, he said President Zardari has now prepared his son to run the party who does not even know to speak Urdu.

Imran Khan said PML N took its turn 5 times in government in last 25 years but did nothing for the betterment of the people.

He said 70,000 people were kidnapped in Punjab during last five years and provincial government completely failed to curb the crime.

Chairman Pakistan Tehrik-e-Insaaf has announced that if voted to power‚ his party would arrange local bodies elections within the first 90 days.

He said the decades old police‚ development‚ education and health problems would be easily addressed by the people of the concerned villages where these facilities will be built.

He said the work of MNAs and MPAs is to formulate policies and not to run the local government systems. He blamed that the important local bodies systems were deliberately corrupted by the previous governments to gain monetary benefits.

He said his party has given tickets to 80 per cent new candidates which speaks for itself a change in the coming time.
