Prices of petroleum products increased

ISLAMABAD: The government has raised the prices of the petroleum products up to Rs4.5 will be effective from December 1, 2011.

The Ministry of Petroleum raised the POL price under which the price of petrol has been increased by 48 paisa per litre.

The rate of diesel has been ratcheted up by Rs4.66 per litre to Rs98.81 while the price of Light diesel raised by Rs4.79 a litre to Rs86.78. The rate of Kerosene oil has been fixed at Rs89.24 per litre.
