ISLAMABAD: Chief of Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf Imran Khan has asked the government to resign for its being ineffective and failing to solve the problems of the people.

Addressing a press conference where he was accompanied by his ex wife Jemima, Imran said that the government has failed to protect the live, property and honor of the people as well as food. If the government can not serve the people it should resign, he added.

Talking about the situation in North Waziristan Imran said that drone attacks usually kill innocent people.

He said that a decision was made jointly in the All Parties Conference called by the government to hold negotiations and no permission was given for the drone attacks and the killings of the innocent people.

Everything, he said, that has so far been said about drone attacks is a lie.
