Chinese delegation angry on Firdose for coming late in meeting

ISLAMABAD: Federal Information Minister Firdose Ashiq Awan, went into extreme trouble and embarrassment when a Chinese delegation refused to meet the minister as she was one and half hour late from already given meeting schedule.

According to details a Chinese delegation that came to meet Awan at her office on Thursday to condole the death of Begum Nusrat Bhutto, went back without condoling as the delegation got angry on Minister who came late in the meeting.

In a video released by a News TV Channel, the Information Minister has been seen pleading for only five minutes but the angry Chinese didn’t pay any attention to Minister’s pleading and left the PTV headquarters on their vehicles without meeting her.

The Minister then asked her staff whether or not someone coordinated with the delegation. She also got angry on secretary information who was also not there to facilitate the delegation while she was away.
