Nawabshah: More than 1400 people have been moved to safety from Badin’s flood-ravaged areas of Tarai, Pingrio and Khoski, Pak Navy said on Wednesday.
According to a Pak Navy spokesman, rescue operation is under way in Badin.
The spokesman said that mobile teams of Pak Navy were providing medical aid to hundreds of people in the flood-stricken district on daily basis.
“450 people have been rescued in MirpurKhas and Sanghar as well,” he said.
In addition, special services group teams of Pak Navy are conducting rescue operations in Hyderabad and Benazirabad.
