Unbeatable Aleem Dar wins best umpire award third time in a row

LONDON: Aleem Dar has once again made Pakistan proud after ICC awarded him the best umpire award for third consecutive year at a ceremony held here on Monday.
“I’m honored to have been named the winner for the second year in row, i am happy that i made my family and my nation proud.” Dar said.
42-year-old Dar who made his international debut as an umpire in 2000, joined the Elite Panel in 2004 has won the title third time in a row.
On the other hand Pakistan’s pace bowler Wahab Riaz and middle-order batsman Azhar Ali failed to win the best emerging player of the year award.
