ISLAMABAD: The 63rd Death anniversary of the founder of Pakistan Quaid-i-Azam Muhammad Ali Jinnah would be observed on today on Sunday in the whole country.

Quran recitation would also be held on this occasion. Political personalities, armed forces, officials, and citizens would visit the shrine of the great leader.

On the death anniversary of Muhammad Ali Jinnah seminars, rallies, debates would be arranged by various organizations in order to pay tribute to the father of nation. Newspapers, magazines would publish and TV channels would telecast special additions and transmissions.

The founder of Pakistan was born on 25 December 1876 in Karachi. Under his bold leadership Muslims of Sub-continent struggled for the establishment of Pakistan. He became the first Governor General of Pakistan, and remained on the post till he died.
