Ramadan moon likely to be sighted on Aug 1: DG Met office

ISLAMABAD: Director General (DG) Met office Arif Mehmood has said Ramadan moon is likely to be sighted on August 1 and first fasting will be observed on August 2.
According to media reports DG Met Office told the life of moon will be 43 hours in most parts of the country and it will be visible easily. The weather will remain cloudy in Northern areas due to ongoing spell of moon soon rains.
