ISLAMABAD: PML-N senators strongly protested against the statement given by ANP senior leader Bashir Ahmad Bilour that “Allah-o- Akbar era is over” saying he has hurt the sentiments of 180 million people.
Senator Mushahid Ullah Khan said on a Point of Order that haji Bilore had stated that era of Allah-o-Akbar is over and era of technology had started. ANP can stand eliminated, every thing can stand eliminated but Allah-o-Akbar can never, he said.
Haji Bashir Ahmad Bilour on Monday said that the era of “Allah-o-Akber” has ended and this is the era of “Science and Technology”.
He was speaking to a ceremony held at Khyber Pakhtoonkhwa Bar council. A lawyer, during the ceremony, tried to interrupted the speech of minister but was stopped by the security officials.
