Poverty hit father throws 4 children into river

HYDERABAD: There is a saying that poverty is weapon of mass destruction and it fits on a father who threw his four children in a river after hitting by poverty, a local news TV reported on Tuesday.

Sources told the media that Javed Shah, father of four, took his children for outing and threw them into the Phuleli River on a previous day.

Dead bodies of the children were found on the next day that was taken to the Civil Hospital.

Mother of the children reported to a nearby police station and then police arrested father of the children, who confessed crime and was sent to the Central Jail.

Deceased children included 8 year old Dhanu, Neha (6), Kainat (4) and a three year old Son Ali. (Samaa TV)
