ISLAMABAD: The Higher Education Commission (HEC) has extended the deadline for submission of online application form for batch-7 of “Indigenous 5000 PhD Fellowship Programme” till April 30, 2011.

According to a press statement the step has been made to facilitate the aspiring scholars. All other terms and conditions will remain the same.
