PIMS all set to start its own medical college soon

ISLAMABAD: PIMS (Pakistan institute of Medical sciences) is all set to start its own medical college, which would soon be functional.

Sources have informed that initially the faculty, already equipped with teaching and administrative staff strictly on merit basis, would cater to 50 students gradually covering 100 students, selected over merit criteria of Provincial and federal quotas.

All the expense involved in the project would be borne out of revenue generated by PIMS’ own resources, while PC-1 for the project is already being soon be finalized for the forthcoming budget, which would soon be submitted to the governemnt.

Advertisements would be placed in newspapers for admissions.
