Beat India and get 200 kanals land, CM Punjab announced

ISLAMABAD: Chief Minister Punjab Shahbaz Sharif, has announced to award 200 kanals land to each player of Pakistan Cricket Team if they knock India out from the cricket World Cup 2011.

According to media reports CM on Punjab on Monday, announced that the each player of Pakistani team will be awarded 200 Kanals (1 Marabba) land in different districts of Punjab if they beat India in the semifinal match of cricket World Cup.

Spokesman of CM Punjab said that the land which will be given to each player will be a fertile land in different districts of Punjab.

It is relevant to mention here that 1 Marabba is equal to 200 acres which is equal to 200 kanals. A land of this area is worth rupees 25 million Pak rupees.
