KALAT: Unidentified motorcyclists murdered Provincial Minister’s nephew by opening fire on his vehicle in Kalat hereon Monday.

As per details, unidentified motorcyclists opened fire on the vehicle of Agha Mehmood Khan Ahmed Zai, a member of Khan of Kalat’s family. Agha Mehmood Khan Ahmed Zai died instantly after receiving four bullets. Two by-passers sustained injuries after being hit with his vehicle.

The deceased was the nephew of Minister Agha Irfan Karim. Police handed over the body to heirs after necessary procedures and shifted the injurers to the hospitals.

Police lodged case against the unidentified men and started their search.

Meanwhile, shopkeepers staged strong protest. BNP (Mengal) announced ten day mourning and three day shutter down strike would be observed through out Kalat.
