ISLAMABAD: Director Special Education Dr. Arshad Owais Qazi on Tuesday was murdered in his house in sector G-8 with razor sharp knife by unknown people.

According to Media Reports, Police officials confirmed the death of Dr. Arshad and told that unidentified people stabbed him to death in his residence.

Police Officials further described evidently he was killed because of old enmity, however until methodical investigations we cannot jump to any conclusion.

It is pertinent to mention that Dr Arshad these days was working as Director Special Education and was on a leave for last two days.
