President, PM vowed to take country out from crises through mutual efforts

ISLAMABAD: President Asif Ali Zardari and Prime Minister Syed Yousaf Raza in one-on-one meeting have agreed to mutually resolve the crises being faced by the county through implementing the positive suggestions of the political parties.

According to the sources, the President during meeting with Prime Minister here on Wednesday at the presidency vowed that the government writ would be ensured in Karachi and strict action would be taken against the culprits. The duo leaders discussed the overall political situation, Karachi violence, President’s visit to USA and UAE and about the meeting of the government economic team with the political guns.

Sources told Online the Prime Minister briefed the President regarding ten-point agenda of Mian Nawaz Sharif and their consultation with the allied parties. The President also gave a guideline to settle all the issues through negotiations and to take the allied parties on broad on national issues.

Sources further stated that the president applauded the role of Interior Minister, Rehman Malik for settling the law and order situation in Karachi and directed to take stern action against culprits.
