ISLAMABAD: The Federal government has transferred Inspector General Police (IGP) Islamabad Kalim Imam and Additional IG Sindh, Wajid Ali Durrani has been appointed new IG of Islamabad.
The decision was taken two days back and IG Kalim Imam was informed in this regard. The Establishment Division has issued the notification.
The new responsibilities of Kalim Imam, who had earlier performed as Chief Security Officer of PM Syed Yousaf Gilani, have not been decided thus far.
