Zardari to request US for his security

ISLAMABAD: President Asif Ali Zardari will request America to provide him his personal security just like the way US has given security to Afghan President Hamid Karazai, a local Newspaper of Pakistan claimed.

The Newspaper in his editorial claimed that the president will request US for his personal security in his upcoming visit to US to attend the memorial of Richard Holbrooke.

Newspaper said President Zardari is taking this step after the incident of late Governor Punjab Salman Taseer, who was assassinated by his own guard.

The Newspaper also criticized President Zardari for not trusting his own forces and showing Pakistan a failed state where President himself is not safe from his own forces.
