KARACHI: A person set on fire the wife of his friend in Korangi area of Karachi here on Monday, who was rushed to hospital for initial treatment.

As per details, Faizan set on fire the wife of his friend after failing in an attempt to rape her. The lady was shifted to Business Ward of Civil Hospital while the accused has been arrested. According to doctors the lady was burnt more than 90 %.

Sharmila Farooqi the advisor to Chief Minister Sindh, Syed Qaim Ali Shah inquired the victimized lady and ensured complete support from the provincial government.
