15 killed, 90 injured in DIG CID’s building blast

KARACHI: More than fifteen people have been killed, injuring more than ninety in the blast in DIG CID’s building on the club road Karachi.

Number of casualties has been feared to rise in the blast as the blast was so intense that led the surrounding buildings raised to ground.

Banned Tehrik Taliban Pakistan has taken the responsibility of the blast.

Moreover the blast jolted the Chief Minister, Governor House, American consulate and nearby hotels. Police, rescue teams rushed towards the place where the blast occurred.

Rescue efforts are underway as many people have sustained injuries. Blast was so intense that sound of blast was heard way kilometers away.
