Punjab University Institute of Communication (ICS)’s student Syed Israr-ul-Hassan has won first position in Urdu debate during All Pakistan Bilingual Declamation Contest 2010, says a press release here on Saturday.

The Contest was organized by Lawrence College, Ghora Gali Murree on August 7, 2010. Students from Government College University Lahore, F.C University Lahore, PAF College Chaklala Rawalpindi, Atchison College Lahore, Military College Palandri, Military College Jhelum, Fazaia College Islamabad, Army Burn Hall College Abbottabad and other institutes participated in the Contest.
