The sources has disclosed that Prime Minister Syed Yousaf Raza Gilani and President Asif Ali Zardari has been apprised in a briefing that the unprecedented flood has lashed 20 million people in four provinces, Azad Kashmir and northern areas. However only 15 million people have been accessed so far and remaining were surviving on their own resources without any aid.
