Enraged flood tide forces closure of Mianwali-Muzaffargarh road

In view of colossal chances of flood Muzaffargarh-Mianwali road has been closed downed for any kind of traffic.

Sources said that, infuriated tide of flood water has reached at DC bridge of Mussanday Wali to hit Muzaffargarh with high level of water trends.

It has learnt that large number of flood affectees have been facing difficulties regarding rescue operations. As in Dera Ghazi Khan and Taunsa people are still waiting for relief operations, because even after passing of 3rd day thousands affectees are still stuck in Shah Jamal Town.

Meanwhile, in relief camps, affectees have been facing problems to get food especially during Sehar and Iftaar time. Flood water is still standing in the most affected areas of Rajan Pur in Jam Pur and Kot Muttahn.

The road links of Dera Ghazi Khan with Punjab and Khyber Pakhtunkhwa have been disconnected because Indus high way and Multan road have been inundated in flood water.
