80000 Hajjaj selected through balloting under government Hajj scheme

As many as 80000 Hajjaj have been selected under government Hajj scheme through balloting.
Minister for religious affairs, Hamid Saeed Kazmi conducting the balloting process by pressing the button of computer. . Selection of 68800 hajjajs was made through balloting while 11200 pilgrims were selected under direct system.
These 11000 selected pilgrims included those citizens who remained unsuccessful during the last two years balloting, persons who could not succeed in last year’s balloting but they had not withdrawn their amount from the ministry’s account and those 300 intending pilgrims who were cheated by private Hajj operators.
Talking on the occasion, Hamid Saeed Kazmi said about 86000 applications were received this year under government Hajj scheme. If any body wanted to withdraw his name in the wake of floods, he could receive his money back by immediately informing the ministry, he added. . The Hajjajs who would withdraw their names would be replaced by those who were included in waiting list, he told.
First Hajj flight would leave for Jeddah on October, 10, he indicated adding 160000 hajjajs would be sent to Saudi Arabia through PIA and Saudi Air Lines within 31 days..
As per balloting for Hajj 2010, my status is “Waiting List”. After waiting for a week and visiting the concerned bank 3 times, I have decided to perform Hajj by private scheme. But the bank isn’t giving my money back.
I have made even harsh talks to the back officers but they say that they cannot return my money without permission of Ministry.
Can anybody tell me, what to do??? Because 26-Aug is last date for private scheme and the time is short.
