Civil Aviation Authority (CAA) has formed five-member committee to inquire incident of private passenger plane that crashed at Margalla hills here on Wednesday.
According to CAA sources, Chairman Safety Investigation Board Air Commodore Khawaja Abdul Majeed would lead the five-member inquiry committee while other members include officials of Defense Ministry, CAA and other concerned institutions.
Sources further told that the inquiry committee has been given the mandate to dispatch the inquiry report to Defense ministry while Defense ministry would present the report to Prime Minister Syed Yususf Raza Gilani and President Asif Ali Zardari.
