Fake Degree Case: Election Tribunal declares PML-N, MNA Javed Husnain disqualified

Pakistan Muslim League- Nawaz (PML-N) Member of National Assembly (MNA) from Sargodha has been declared disqualified by Election tribunal Lahore High Court (LHC) for having fake degree.

According to details, Election Tribunal of LHC while hearing case against PML-N, MNA Javed Husnain has declared him disqualified for having a fake degree here on Thursday. His B.A. degree on which he participated in election was found to be a fake and he had got the degree from Madressah.

Meanwhile LHC senior judge Justice Ijaz Chaudhary has issued an order of re-election in NA-68 with in 60 days.
