PM to inaugurate National Monument Museum in July

Prime Minister Yousaf Raza Gillani will inaugurate the national monument museum in the month of July that would be completed till 30th June 2010.

According to details National Monument Museum that has been constructed to pay homage to the sacrifices of those martyrs and Ghazis of Pakistan movement, who had played a key role during in making of Pakistan and construction of the monument would be accomplished on 30th June 2010.

Prime Minister Yousaf Raza Gillani will attend the inauguration ceremony of the museum and sources from cultural ministry informed that federal minister for culture Pir Aftab Shah Jilani has directed the concerned authorities to accomplish construction of the museum till 30th June.

National monument museum has been constructed in two phases as in First-Phase information has been provided regarding Pakistan movement and about topography of Pakistan, while in the Second-Phase outstanding achievements of sixteen ministries have been mentioned including Ministry of Culture, Sports, Information & Technology, agriculture, etc.

While Executive Director Lok-Virsa Khalid Javed also termed National monument museum as beacon-house for the youth of the country.
