A 16-member delegation of the 23rd Air War Course of the Pakistan Air Force (PAF) War College arrived here on a 7-day orientation tour to Indonesia.

According to a Press Release, delegation is led by AVM Tubrez Asif SI(M)and besides officers of Pakistani forces also includes officers from Iran, Libya, Egypt and Saudi Arabia. On arrival at the airport, the delegation was received by Col. Zafar ullah Khan, Defense Attaché, Embassy of Pakistan.

During its week long stay, the delegation will visit the National Defence University and other prime Indonesian Air Force institutions in Jakarta and Bandung. The course participants will also call on the Chief of Air Staff ACM, Imam Sufaat, Managing Director IPTN (Indonesian Aerospace) and Commandant, Air Staff College (SESKO-AU).

On Sunday the delegation is scheduled to visit the Pakistan Embassy and attend a special briefing session followed by presentation of plaques. The Ambassador, Sanaullah will later host a banquet in honour of the guests.
