Prime Minister Syed Yusuf Raza Gilani and Quaid Pakistan Muslim League-N (PML-N), Mian Muhammad Nawaz Sharif would hold a meeting after return of the later from London.
According to sources, the Prime Minister phoned Quaid PML-N, Mian Nawaz Sharif on Tuesday and discussed prevailing political situation of the country and other important matters including constitutional issues.
Sources said that the Prime Minister during the telephonic talks assured the Quaid PML-N that the government is taking steps for the implementation of Charter of Democracy (CoD) and 18th Amendment.
He said that the government respects the decisions of the judiciary and there would be no clash between the government and the judiciary and President has granted pardon to Interior Minister in accordance with the constitution.
Quaid PML-N Mian Nawaz Sharif during the talks advised the Prime Minister to avoid any clash with the judiciary as it is not in the interest of the government and all institutions of the state should work under their domains.
He said that the judiciary decisions should be accepted by all and assured the Prime Minister of support of N-League on decisions to be taken in the interest of the country. Both leaders also agreed to continue reconciliation policy.
The Prime Minister also inquired about the health of wife of Mian Muhammad Nawaz Sharif who is getting treatment in London.
