25th convocation of Margalla College held

Degrees have been awarded to 231 graduates and 37 post graduate and 19 students were awarded role of honour in the 25th convocation of Margalla college for women F-7/4 held here on Monday.
Former Director General (DG) Pakistan Institute of Engineering and Applied Sciences (PIEAS) Dr Inam ur Rehman was the chief guest. Federal directorate of education, Doctors, principals, parents and abundant of student were present there on the occasion.
Gold medal was awarded to Seher Naqvi who got first position in Mass Communication.
Chief guest Dr Inam-Ur-Rehman speaking on the occasion congratulated the audience and graduates. He shared his life experience as student, more over, he added.
Keeping in view the role of media, this program of Mass Communication is very useful for future. Addressing to the students he said that students are the future of Pakistan.
It’s golden period of your life. Always try to serve for other and be responsible, he further added.
Azra Raza Excellence award of Rs 50,000 was given to Ms Tahseen Kousar Graduate of 2008, Principal Margalla college Miss Khadija Javed presented the college report 2009-2010 in which she announced the result of Punjab university at graduate and post graduate levels. Ms Khadija Javeed also elaborated the working of media labs of Mass communication department in college.
In her message for students principal said that” life starts with learning from the day we born, until the day we die. You are the future scientist, educationalist and bankers. You are the backbone of prospectus Pakistan. So be as asset and role model to the collection identity of the nation”, she concluded her message by thanking all the gatherings.
