Dhaka Operation: Bank Accounts, property of 58 suspected extremists to be sealed

In view of search operation against anti-state elements in Kala Dhaka, it has been decided to seal the banks accounts and property of 58 suspected extremists and their names would also be put on ECL.

According to details, the local administration of Kala Dhaka has sent names of these 58 suspected extremists to Commissioner Hazara Division and provincial government and these persons were identified in the report.

The 58 persons have been declared important in the lights of recommendations of local tribesmen of Kala Dhaka, Law Enforcement Agencies and the administration.

The directives have also been issued to launch inquiry against government employees for their alleged connections with the extremists in Kala Dhaka.

It is worth mentioning here that the Intelligence Agencies have provided reports to the government regarding fleeing of militants to Kala Dhaka after successful Operation Rah-e-Raast in Malakand Division. According to reports, the provincial government had decided to launch operation in Kala Dhaka after attack on Police Checkpost and on an office of a NGO in Mansehra, two suicide blasts in Hazara Division and other incidents of attacks on security forces.

The provincial government had contacted with the Federal Government and the provincial government had taken the federal Government and local tribesmen into confidence regarding the operation.
