Session Court summons Shoaib Malik for selling his marriage cards

Additional & Session Judge Muhammad Rafiq has summoned former Pakistani Cricket Team Captain Shoaib Malik in court on 3rd May 2010 for selling the invitation cards of his marriage reception ceremony.

According to details a citizen Safdar Ali has filed a petition in the session court and leveled charges that the newly wed couple (Shoaib Malik-Sania Mirza) has hurt the feelings of their fans by selling their marriage invitation cards from Ten thousand to fifteen thousands.

Add. Session Judge Muhammad Rafiq hearing the petition filed by the citizens summoned Shoaib Malik in the court on 3rd May 2010 on the charges of fraud and swindling.

The court also issued notices to CCPO Lahore Pervez Rathore and SHO Race Course police station to appear in the court on 3rd May to record their statements also.

It is pertinent to mention that hundreds of people have purchased the invitation cards in ten to fifteen thousands to attend the marriage reception ceremony of cricket Star Shoaib Malik to see a glimpse of newly wed stars ‘Shoaib Malik and India tennis star Sania Mirza, but couldn’t find any chance to see both the stars since their arrival from India to Pakistan.
