Musharraf not to be spared: Malik

Interior Minister Rehman Malik said on Sunday that the government would not spare Musharraf if he is responsible and action would be taken against all persons identified by UN inquiry report without any discrimination.

Talking to a private TV channel, the federal minister said the investigation into assassination of Mohtarma Benazir Bhutto has been started after surfacing of the UN commission’s report.

Replying to a query, Rehman Malik said that the action would also taken against those who were travelling in black Mercedes during Rawalpindi bloodshed. He said there is no need of new FIR and investigation would be driven in the light of UN commission’s report.
