Prime Minister Yousaf Raza Gilani met President Barack Obama in Washington to discuss Pakistan energy crisis, economic repercussions of the anti-terror war on Pakistani economy and advancing bilateral partnership.

The US President accepted invitation of Pakistan visit and assured long term partnership with the country.

Foreign Minister Shah Mehmood Qureshi and Pakistan envoy in Washington Hussain Haqqani assisted Gilani in the talks. President Barrack Obama was assisted by Secretary of State Hillary Clinton and US National Security Advisor James Jones.

Director General International Atomic Energy Agency was also present in the meeting.
