COAS, PM meeting deliberate forthcoming nuclear conference in US

Chief of Army Staff Gen Ashfaq Pervez Kayani met PM, Yousaf Raza Gilani on Friday night to discuss important matters including forthcoming Nuclear Conference in America, war against terrorism, and Pak Army War Games among others.

Sources at the PM House informed that COAS briefed PM about the start of Pak-Army’s Azam- e-Nau exercises, and said that these would strengthen Pak-Army preparedness.

The PM discussed about the forthcoming nuclear conference in America and assured COAS of a democratically elected government’s resolve to fulfill all defense commitments of the Federation.
