Chairman Royat-e-Hilal Committee Mufti Muneeb-ur-Rehman has called the closure of the Q TV transmissions without any legal, moral or Sharia justification.
Talking to ARY News Mufti Muneeb-ur-Rehman regretted ban on Q TV and said that the channels telecasting immoral programmes are free to continue their transmissions while a channel providing information about Islamic teachings being prohibited.
He questioned the reason behind closure of the Q TV transmissions and said that the government should promote the channel which is promoting the teachings of Islam.
What was the reason to shut down there transmission?

Closure of ARY QTV`s transmission in Lahore and other cities is very shameful. It should be started forthwith.
