Afghanistan bans treatment of injured Pakistani militants

Afghanistan has banned treatment of Pakistanis militants injured in on-going successful operation against militants in FATA in its government and private hospitals.

The doctors of Kunar, Jalalabad and Kabul have been directed to provide details of injured people to Afghan Government and not to provide treatment to injured coming from Pakistan.

Pakistan had demanded of Afghanistan to hand over militants and stop providing treatment to the injured militants.

The Afghan Ministry of Health has issued the directives that the militants should not be provided treatment. The sources said that Afghan Interior Ministry has also sent directives to the doctors, private hospitals and practitioners to inform the government about the details of the injured militants who were under their treatment otherwise the government would take strict action against them.
