Parliamentarians enjoy nap during the speech of Yousuf Raza Gilani in National Assembly

Local TV channels of Pakistan on Tuesday showed a video footage in which few Parliamentarians of Pakistan seen sleeping during the speech of Prime Minister Yousuf Raza Gilani in National Assembly.
The video footage shows that the Federal Minister for Petroleum Naveed Qamar who was sitting next to the PM was taking a nap while the PM was delivering the speech to opening the debate on the 18th constitutional amendment.
Adviser to PM Mian Raza Rabbani who was sitting behind the PM was also seen sleeping during the speech.
A lot of other parliamentarians had also presented a lazy look whereas few others were enjoying gossips instead paying attention to PM’s speech.
It is yet not clear that whether the parliamentarians are extremely busy to work for the people of Pakistan and could not get time for sleep and gossips or they are not interested in the 18th constitutional amendment so that they were sleeping and enjoying gossips during the session.
