An important meeting between Prime Minister Syed Yusuf Raza Gilani and Quaid Pakistan Muslim League-Nawaz (PML-N) Mian Muhammad Nawaz Sharif would be held today (Thursday) in Lahore.

According to sources, the Prime Minister is optimistic of reaching on any consensus with PML-N on controversial issues.

According to media reports, Prime Minister Yusuf Raza Gilani would visit Lahore with Turkish President Abdullah Gul and Quaid PML-N would host a luncheon at Raiwind in the honor of visiting Turkish dignitary. Prime Minister Yousuf Raza Gilani will also be present on the occasion.

The Prime Minister later would host a dinner in the honor of Turkish President and Mian Nawaz Sharif has also been invited in this regard. A Cultural Show would also be held after the dinner.
