40 female students of a local Madrasa were admitted in District Headquarter Hospital here on Sunday night after Dettoriated health condition due to food poison.

Hospital sources told that 40 female students belonging to various parts of Chitral of Jamia Almuhsanat of Ochusht Chitral were brought in the hospital on Sunday night in a severe abnormal condition. They were provided quick medical care and now their health condition is stable. According to details Mr. Ismail living adjacent to the Madrasa offered to arrange dinner for the female students.

They were served with rice and beef. Soon after heaving the dinner the students and their teacher became unconscious and they were rushed to the DHQ Hospital where they are under treatment till filling this report. On duty doctor Dr. Nisarullah told this scribe that the administrator of the Madrasa Moulana Khaliq Ahmad was also under treatment in the hospital.

He said that the condition of the students now is normal and they may be released from the
hospital very soon. He said that free medicines were provided to the students. It is pertinent to mention here that the patients were facing difficulties due to insufficient wash room facilities in hospital.
