Pakistan suffered 40 billion dollars losses in war against terror: Abdul Basit

Spokesman of Foreign Office Abdul Basit has said that Pakistan has suffered losses of 40 billion dollars in the war on terror and, therefore, the United States should support it.

Talking to a private TV channel here on Saturday, the spokesman said that the US and Pakistan had a common task of eliminating the terrorism, and, therefore the US had to support Pakistan in every field. He said that Pakistan Army had played key role in war against terror therefore it was included in the delegation.

He said that Afghanistan was facing war like situation for the last 30 years and, therefore, it has also created problem for Pakistan.
