Karachi woman gives birth to four babies

A woman of Karachi, Pakistan has given birth to four children at Civil Hospital.
The three boys and one girl, who weighed 1.5kg and are all said to be doing well.
The doctors said that the mother Nasreen Farah, is also fine.
Nasreen, has already given birth to twins five years ago.
